New public community

New identity, initially invite-only. Your existing Orb chats and members are not migrated.

Community capsule

A public, owner-signed description and channel blueprint. Download it, pin it with an IPFS provider you choose and publish its CID in the community contract. Any client can verify it without an Orb account.

Messages, members, wallet keys and private channels are not included. This does not migrate hosted chats or grant access to them.
Keep these tools outside Orb

Download a static client and run it on your own HTTPS host or localhost, at any folder path. Contract reads and writes, capsule verification and XMTP dev messages do not need Orb’s API. Your browser wallet signs; this package contains no user keys.

Extract the ZIP, then run node verify-client.mjs and node serve.mjs. It still needs Monad RPC, IPFS availability and, for wallet messages, XMTP. Existing hosted conversations are separate.
Choose your RPC provider
Chain 10143 and contract bytecode are checked again. Changing provider resets the capsule editor. RPC responses still require trust in that provider; these checks are not cryptographic state proofs. Do not enter a secret meant for server use.
